If you are not home when your order is delivered, GLS will leave a note. You can use this note to collect your order from the post office according to Bpost's instructions.
I did not receive my parcel
Parcels may be delayed as a result of public holidays or weekends. If the courier attempted to deliver your parcel and you were not home and you did not find a delivery note from Bpost in your mailbox, something may have gone wrong.
