Foodie Jackie Kearney and her family ate their way through Asia. Inspired by the food cultures and the enormous amount of vegan food that Asia has to offer, Jackie brought healthy, meat and dairy-free food back to life in her cookbook which won the PETA Vegan Food Award in 2016.
