In November last year, 19-year old Louis Gillemon from Bruges distilled his own gin, called Gillemore gin. The student who is studying beverages at the Ter Duinen catering school in Koksijde took advantage of the hype that surrounds gin. He also works at Hertog Jan on the weekend. Gert De Mangeleer and Joachim Boudens have already tasted his gin, and were so impressed that they added it to the menu.
